Installation

Service is part of our expertise. We will be happy to provide you with a quote for transport and installation at your fitness center.

To do this, we need information about the location of the fitness center, access options, floor, elevator and the like.

Warranty

Warranty provides security. We give guarantees on our fitness equipment that you can rely on. The guarantee at a glance:

  • Frame & welded seams: 5 years
  • Upholstery: 6 months
  • Other components: 1 year
Spare Parts

We store spare parts for you in our central warehouse in Germany and can therefore react quickly. We need the following information from you to place an order:

  1. Photo of the sticker on the appliance (product and serial number)
  2. Photo of the required spare part, if possible from different angles
