The EVOST III – Series Abdominal Back Extender is a dual-function machine designed to allow users to perform two exercises without leaving the machine. Both exercises utilize comfortable padded shoulder straps. A simple position adjustment provides two starting positions for the back extension and one for the abdominal extension.
