This means there are no profit margins of other suppliers – all to your advantage. Likewise, the quality can be better controlled. By efficient mass production methods such as laser cutting and robot welding we can offer extremely competitive prices.

Tube -bending
To achieve precise bends we use mandrel bending machines – for highest precision and quality
Fixtures
Parts are manufactured in welding masks to achieve high passing accuracy

CNC production
All rotating parts are manufactured in our factory
Laser cutting
In order to precisely produce three-dimensional frame parts and panels as well as place holes for sockets we work with CNC lasers
SandSandblasting & phosphoric acid bath
For prevention and rust removal Metal parts are blasted and cleaned and protected by a Phosphorbad.
Half finishedstock
We produce in big quantities. Order-related semifinished parts are painted and made-up, so we can deliver quickly
Robotwelding
Robots are precise, process clean, produce consistent welds and forget nothing
Powdercoating
To achieve an absolutely uniform and stable paint, we work with an electrostatic powder coating
Upholstery
The in-house upholstery manufactures precise seats and upholstery
Assembilng
Final assembly takes place on tapes. Accessories such as screws, etc. are prefabricated
